When it comes to ordering from Domino's, one expects a certain level of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Newark location was a letdown from start to finish.

Upon arrival, I noticed that no one was wearing masks despite being in a crowded store. The manager, Ayomide, responded to my query about the lack of mask-wearing by claiming he was vaccinated and offered to show his vaccination card. This excuse fell flat as even those who are fully vaccinated know that masks are still necessary for public health.

To make matters worse, the store was backed up with orders, and they had more delivery personnel working than usual. The young man who helped me find my food later on only added to the chaos.

My order was not prepared properly, and when I checked online, the tracker showed that it was stuck in 'prepping.' The representative on the phone assured me that my food was already in the oven, but this did little to ease my frustration.

The pizza itself was a disappointment. The crust was burnt yet undercooked at the same time, and the cheese was not melted. To make matters worse, I found raw chicken in my pasta dish. While it's understandable that mistakes can happen, Domino's should ensure that their food is prepared safely and to a high standard.

In conclusion, my experience with Domino's Newark location was a disaster from start to finish. The lack of masks, poor communication, and subpar food quality left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I will be taking my business elsewhere, specifically to the Heath location.
